RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging
